Dear Mr. Bresnan:
On April 17th of this year, my wife Mia signed up for several courses at the New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Milwaukee, 2100 N. Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. She paid the amount of $11,410.00 in advance for A+, Novell, and MCSE-related courses. Her A+ course went fairly well, and her Novell training was exceptional. Her MCSE courses, sadly, did not go as well. The instructor did nothing more than read from the book, explaining little as he went along and adding nothing from his own experiences, which I gather were more than a little bit limited.
There were other problems with these classes as well, and with the information presented to her initially by her Account Executive about additional items that he said were necessary in order for her to obtain her MCSE, which I will not detail here.
Rather than trying to relate the entire story in this letter, which would take many pages and waste many trees, I have placed all of the information regarding this matter on my web site, located at:
http://www.newhorizonssucks.net/
If for any reason you cannot get through to the main site, it is mirrored at my personal site:

I invite your comments on both the web site and the matter which prompted its creation. If you would care to comment on either, I can be reached by telephone or conventional mail at the numbers listed on my letterhead, and all of the email links on the site come directly to my inbox.
Sincerely,
Joseph J. Betz
